At this stage we perform in-depth interviews and evaluate the candidate’s experience in line with our client’s requirements. We narrow down a final short-list of people who are best suited to the company and role. It’s important to us that we are presenting candidates with the roles that meet their aspirations.

This is where we are able to review and short-list applications with the most relevant and appropriate experience. We politely decline any unsuitable applications but bear them in mind for alternative opportunities.

BRIEFING & CV

We always fully brief our candidates on every aspect of the vacancy, team and company culture ensuring that they have a genuine interest in the position and the company itself. Candidates are also asked to provide an up to date CV and where possible a covering letter. At Roberts Webb Recruitment, we choose not to provide a standard CV layout as we believe that it should come from the candidate themselves. We do however check all of the information at interview stage and will understand any CV gaps, moves and achievements.
